Our story begins in the serene hills of Coorg in South India, where growing up around homegrown coffee estates instilled in us an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age. Managing land, understanding value, and thinking long-term were lessons learned early. Today, after over a decade in Dubai—a city we proudly call home—we bring those values into one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
